Dear WCCAA Member,
Thank you for your support of the Wisconsin Child Care Administrators Association. Membership in WCCAA gives you opportunities for excellent and cost effective trainings, networking, and motivates you to be involved in child care issues. Upon payment of the annual fee, your WCCAA membership shall run for 12 consecutive months.
There are many benefits to retaining your membership. WCCAA will provide you with the opportunity to:
- Advocate for children and families of Wisconsin.
- Receive discounted liability insurance through NSI and West Bend Insurance
- Actively participate at local, regional, state and national levels by combining your voice with other administrators on legislation that affects your organization.
- Receive discounted registration for the Annual Conference.
- Receive six newsletters per year, keeping you informed of trainings, regional meetings, and issues facing Wisconsin Child Care Administrators.
- Network and share ideas, concerns, opportunities, etc.
- Participate in regional activities – check newsletters for regional meetings and contacts.
- Participate in state level committees, work groups, or board positions.
WCCAA has representation on many state organizations and committees. Members of your Board of Directors and Executive Committee currently participate in the following:
- Governor’s Early Learning Council
- Early Learning Coalition
- Collaborating Partners
- TEACH/REWARD
- Registry
- Child Care Forum
- Supporting Families Together
- Superintendent’s Advisory Committee for Fours
- Various task forces
Involvement in these organizations enables WCCAA to continue working on the many issues concerning child care in the State of Wisconsin, and allows us to continue to be actively involved in issues affecting the lives of our staff, children and families we work with.
